Altered bird house, bottle, star

This is my shabby chic bottle I did. The flowers are from a ribbon I bought with them on. I thought it was beautiful. I have lots of lace on it and pearls, flowers and seam binding for the bow. And a picture of a victorian lady.

This is the back of the bottle. I wanted to show you this beautiful lace, I bought it at a yard sale. I have pearls inside the bottle.

I redid this bird house. I made it more shabby, it was very country before I altered it.

I papered the star in french script paper, added lace trim, pearls, buttons and a picture of the Eiffel Tower.

Vintage scale

My friend Laurie and I went to the mud sale today. And was it ever a mud sale, but we still had fun. This is what I bought, a vintage scale. It is not perfect, but I still like it. So in the top I added a doily (of course) and put some of my green handle cookie cutters in it. Mud sales are very popular in Lancaster County.

Altered bottle

This is a altered bottle that I did. First I crackled it and them embellished it with some burlap and lace, pearls, flowers, buttons, key and lock, a cameo and some cheese cloth, and a picture I printed off of the computer.
